Polyurethane dumbbells use a proprietary chemical bonding process for their high-grade urethane to offer superior protection and shock absorption. They are built by hydraulically pressing the heads onto the handles, mechanically fastening them into place, and precision hand-welding the fastener for cutting-edge durability.

Hardened Chrome 29mm handle
Handles are welded to the ends for maximum strength and long life. The are not bolted like lower cost dumbbells which run higher risk of breaking.
Knurled grips
These are high grade heavy duty polyurethane which is far superior to TPU or regular rubber

Each rack holds 10 pairs of dumbbells so 5-50 on one rack and 55-100 on the other.  Each rack is 88 inches long by 32 inches wide.
